Have you ever considered just how much work there is to be done when moving country? It seems like endless of paperwork and things to organise. However in the background our wooden floor has been sanded in our new house. The previous owners had dogs that scratched the wooden floor quite badly and the colour of the wood had turned slightly yellow due to the old layer of protection on top of it. I decided to have it sanded back and re-coated with modern protection which has given the house a whole new look. It seriously look like we have brand new American Oak floor!!! I couldn't be happier with the very first project in my new house.
